Hana wo Meshimase

Following the tragic loss of her mother, young Shion is left in the care of a father who cares more for gambling than for his parental duties. His reckless habits and constant evasion of responsibility create an unstable and neglectful environment, leaving Shion without the guidance or security a child needs. Unable to rely on him any longer, she is forced to seek a new path forward away from the chaos of her home life. Seeking refuge from her father's destructive lifestyle, Shion takes up residence as a live-in employee at a flower shop managed by twenty-five-year-old Shun Mamyuuda. Surrounded by vibrant blooms and the quiet dedication of her new employer, she steps into an entirely unfamiliar world. Working alongside Shun, she begins to discover the profound beauty and meaning behind flowers, slowly learning valuable lessons about life itself that she was never taught at home. As Shion adapts to her new daily routine, the warmth of the shop offers her a sense of stability she has long been denied. Through her growing appreciation for nature and her deepening connection with Shun, she embarks on a journey of personal healing. Amidst the delicate petals and quiet moments shared in the shop, she must now wonder if she will finally find not only her place in the world but also the blossoming promise of love.
