Dustland

In the Utsusemi District of Toaru City, where the imposing silhouette of Suzuran All-Boys High School dominates the skyline, a young boy named Asada Hibari begins a new chapter of his life. He moves into the Nakahara Apartment Complex, a residence notorious among locals for its reputation as a haunted building. For Hibari, however, the true haunting comes from within. Still deeply scarred by the tragic loss of his mother, he finds himself trapped in an overwhelming and suffocating loneliness that isolates him from the world around him. Yet, within the walls of this eerie apartment complex, an unexpected encounter alters the trajectory of his life. Hibari crosses paths with Kobayashi Sanzou, a fellow resident whose presence disrupts the quiet despair of his daily routine. This chance meeting sparks a profound connection, gradually drawing Hibari out of his grief-stricken isolation. Through their growing bond, his youth begins to transform into something far more vibrant, passionate, and irreplaceable than anything he has ever experienced before.
