Countdown 7 Days

Mitamura is a solitary instructor at Sheol Soul School, an exclusive academy devoted to the afterlife. Despite his professional standing, he remains deeply disconnected from human emotions and struggles with the fundamental concept of helping others. His brightest student, Tsuru, decides it is time for her teacher to learn a harsh lesson. During a scheduled field trip to the world of the living, she deliberately vanishes, leaving Mitamura to face the consequences of his own emotional shortcomings. Now thrust into an unfamiliar realm, Mitamura has exactly seven days to track down his runaway pupil before the clock expires. To navigate the challenges of the living world, he reluctantly partners with a newly deceased sidekick who joins him on this urgent mission. As the deadline rapidly approaches, the unlikely duo must race against time to locate Tsuru, forcing the isolated teacher to confront the very human connections he has long avoided.
