Heroman

Joey harbors a deep desire to become a hero, yet his daily reality is far from extraordinary. As an orphan working tirelessly around the clock to support himself and his grandmother, he has little time for childhood dreams. However, everything shifts when he sees a television commercial for a toy robot. Convinced that owning such a machine might finally grant him the strength to change his life, Joey becomes determined to get one. Unable to afford a brand-new model, he resorts to salvaging a broken unit discarded in the trash by a wealthy school bully. His quiet struggle takes a dramatic turn when Lina, a beautiful cheerleader who has consistently shown him kindness, is suddenly kidnapped. Thrust into a desperate situation with nothing but his damaged toy robot by his side, Joey faces the ultimate test of courage. To save the girl who treated him with compassion, he must rise above his circumstances and discover whether he and his salvaged companion truly have what it takes to become heroes.
