Tasogare no Hito

During one sun-drenched summer, a boy named Tatsuomi Shiba arrives in the quiet hometown of Riko, a second-year junior high school student. Because his family shares ties with the chairman of a major corporation, the neighbors greet them with open arms and eager hospitality. Despite this warm reception, Tatsuomi remains emotionally guarded, deliberately keeping everyone at arm's length. Riko, however, refuses to be deterred by his aloofness. Through her persistent warmth, she gradually breaks through his walls, and the two begin spending their days together, forging joyful memories that define their summer. As their bond deepens, Riko makes a heartfelt promise to give Tatsuomi a special gift on his upcoming birthday. For a fleeting moment, their carefree days seem boundless, filled with the innocent comfort of shared companionship. Yet, as the season inevitably begins to wane, so too does the idyllic warmth they have built. The approaching end of summer threatens to close the chapter on their time together, leaving Riko to confront the lingering feelings she has developed. As the golden days fade into twilight, she is left to wonder about the true identity of the person who captured her heart as her very first love.
