The Pregnancy Shock

Growing up fatherless on the Greek island of Speros, Bliss was treated as an outcast by those around her. Her life changed when the wealthy and influential Alexei Drakos took her under his protection. Adopting the nickname Billie, she cultivated a deep but strictly platonic bond with her benefactor that endured for many years. Now in her twenties, Billie steps into a new role as Alexei’s personal assistant, only to quickly realize that her responsibilities extend far beyond standard office duties—she is also tasked with discreetly managing the departure of his numerous one-night stands. For years, their relationship remained safely within the boundaries of friendship and professional obligation. However, a single emotionally charged night shatters the careful distance they have maintained, leaving them intimately entwined. As morning breaks, Billie faces an impossible dilemma: can she compartmentalize what happened and preserve her career, or has their dynamic been irrevocably altered? With the potential consequences of that passionate encounter looming, Alexei may soon find himself facing a pregnancy shock that neither of them ever anticipated.
