In a near-future Japan, global warming has submerged the city of Yokohama underwater, leaving only the hills above the ocean's surface. The landscape is tranquil, with people embracing a laid-back lifestyle, cherishing each other's company in the peaceful surroundings. Alpha, a carefree young woman who runs the Cafe Alpha, is a type A7M2 robot who finds joy in immersing herself in nature and spending quality time with her friends. When a typhoon threatens the cafe, she embarks on a journey to raise funds to rebuild and experience the world beyond her comfort zone.
