Kyuuketsuki Marguerite to Kuenai Gokinjo

Sophie and Benjamin are two solitary siblings navigating the uncertainties of life after being placed in the care of new foster parents. Uprooted from everything familiar, they find themselves adjusting to an unfamiliar environment that offers little comfort. Seeking solace away from their new home, the children begin to wander through the surrounding landscape, hoping to find a place where they truly belong. Their quiet exploration leads them to a forgotten relic of the past: the crumbling ruins of a grand mansion from a bygone era. Yet this decaying estate is far from abandoned. Within its weathered walls resides Marguerite, an enigmatic and bloodsucking lady of the house who has long lingered in isolation. The discovery of her hidden domain bridges the gap between the lonely children and a creature of the night. As Sophie and Benjamin stand before the remnants of her once-magnificent home, a delicate encounter unfolds. They must discover whether this mysterious vampire, bound to the shadows of her ruined manor, is willing to spare a moment of her eternal solitude for two lost children searching for connection in an unfamiliar world.
