Zutto Kimi no Turn

To the outside world, Kou is a sociable college student who thrives in the vibrant party scene. Beneath his flashy exterior, however, lies a quiet, unassuming young man hiding two major secrets: he is a closeted gay otaku whose ultimate dream is to find a stylish boyfriend. Despite this heartfelt desire, Kou has never actually met anyone who fits the bill, and he lacks the courage to reveal his true self to the people around him. Everything changes when he crosses paths with Tanaka at his favorite local game store. In a surprising turn of events, Tanaka suddenly confesses his feelings. As a fellow otaku, Tanaka shares a deep, natural connection with Kou, making them highly compatible on a personal level. Yet, Kou finds himself facing an unexpected internal conflict—Tanaka’s plain, unfashionable appearance clashes entirely with the glamorous partner Kou has always envisioned. Can Kou look past his own superficial ideals and embrace someone who truly understands him? Zutto Kimi no Turn is a heartwarming yet bittersweet coming-of-age romantic comedy that navigates the struggles of self-acceptance. It is a story dedicated to every otaku who has ever disliked themselves and yearned for the courage to change.
