Days of Sunshine

This heartwarming manga volume collects two distinct romantic short story arcs centered around unexpected connections and blossoming affections. The primary story, "Days of Sunshine," follows high school student Nanami, who secretly admires a local surfer he spots every morning. Fate intervenes when they unexpectedly reunite inside a classroom, revealing that the older senior, Shuu, is notorious for being mature yet fiercely unsociable and difficult to approach. However, Nanami mysteriously becomes the only person around whom Shuu can genuinely smile and laugh. As the two spend their afternoons together, their bond deepens until a fateful seaside kiss by midsummer sparks a dazzling first love. The volume also includes "Kamatte Kawaii Hito," which follows Natsumi Hayato as he visits a cat café in an attempt to conquer his debilitating fear of felines. Yet, upon meeting one of the staff members there, Natsumi soon realizes that dealing with his new attraction might prove even harder to overcome than his phobia. Two additional extra chapters are also featured.
