Strike the Blood

Kojou Akatsuki never sought the extraordinary, yet his life as an ordinary high school student ended abruptly when he became the Fourth Primogenitor—the most powerful vampire in existence. Compounding this sudden transformation is a troubling mystery: he retains no memory of how he acquired such immense abilities. Now burdened with overwhelming strength he neither understands nor controls, Kojou must navigate a new reality far removed from his former mundane life. To monitor this unprecedented threat, the middle schooler Yukina Himeragi is dispatched as an Attack Mage. Her mission is twofold: observe the newly awakened Primogenitor and eliminate him should his power spiral beyond control. However, her assignment carries inherent risks, as Kojou’s vampiric abilities are dangerously tied to his emotional and physical arousal—a volatile trigger complicated by the presence of his young, attractive watcher. Their delicate dynamic unfolds on Itogami Island, an artificial territory teeming with demons and supernatural factions. Within this isolated domain, various entities harbor their own ambitions regarding the Fourth Primogenitor. Surrounded by adversaries and bound to a guardian tasked with his potential execution, Kojou must survive both his unpredictable powers and the dangerous designs of those who seek to claim or destroy him.
