Snow Line

A year ago, Taichi faced certain death on a snow-covered mountain. He was pulled back from the brink by Shinobu, a boy who claims to be his closest childhood friend. There is only one problem: Taichi has absolutely no memory of him. Hoping that his lost recollections will eventually resurface, he chooses to keep this unsettling gap in his past a closely guarded secret. For twelve months, life appears to move forward normally as Taichi waits for his memories to return. However, everything changes when he is suddenly burdened with a far more dangerous truth. The reality of his situation proves to be much darker than simple amnesia. Shinobu harbors a hidden nature that defies everything Taichi thought he knew about his supposed savior. As the pieces slowly fall into place, a chilling possibility emerges regarding that fateful night in the freezing cold. The rescue on the snowy peak may not have been a salvation at all, and Taichi begins to suspect that he might never have truly survived the ordeal.
