Waiting for Dawn in the Arms of a Beast

In a world shared by humans and beasts, the globe is a playground for daring explorers like Asuka and his expedition partner, Krieg, a striking black panther man. Far from their thrilling adventures, Asuka’s younger brother Kyo remains in Japan, working quietly as a doctor. Though physically frail, Kyo has always deeply admired his adventurous older brother, living vicariously through the stories of his travels. Their separate lives collide when Asuka unexpectedly sends a severely injured Krieg to the hospital where Kyo works. Proud and stubbornly resistant, the beastman flatly refuses medical attention, forcing the dedicated physician to treat him against his will. However, the volatile encounter quickly spirals out of control, leaving Kyo violated in return. Despite the trauma, Kyo finds himself unable to forget the breathtaking creature he first saw, desperately wishing for Krieg to return to that untamed beauty. What follows is an uneasy, complicated romance between a misanthropic predator and the fragile human doctor who cannot look away.
