Akaki Tsuki no Meguru Koro

Riu Rokugiya is the sole daughter of a prestigious Kabuki theater family. Since childhood, she has been haunted by the same peculiar dream: an encounter with a mysterious man standing beneath a crimson moon. She never knew his identity until she attended one of her brothers' stage performances, where she finally recognized him in the audience. The stranger is Rui, one of the adopted heirs of the Akatsukiya household—a distant branch related to the Rokugiyas. The Akatsukiya family is currently engulfed in a tense succession crisis following the recent death of its head, Ashikawa Enjuuro. Three adopted sons now vie for leadership, and Rui is among them. As their paths intertwine, Riu finds herself drawn into the dangerous political currents surrounding the Akatsukiya inheritance. Yet her deepest unease stems not from the rivalry itself, but from the chilling nature of her recurring visions. Every night, her dreams reveal Rui meeting a tragic end, leaving her desperate to understand the connection binding them and whether she can alter the grim fate she witnesses under the red moon.
