Mebius Dust

On February 29, 2000, a shower of mysterious meteorites known as the Möbius meteors struck the Earth. These celestial fragments introduced a miraculous new substance called Möbius Dust, which dissolves into the atmosphere and possesses the extraordinary ability to manifest miracles. The date of this unprecedented event became widely known as 2.29, marking a permanent turning point in human history. In the aftermath of the meteor strike, Japan experienced a drastic and rapid widening of its economic divide. As the wealth gap grew increasingly insurmountable, widespread frustration boiled over, leading a desperate faction of citizens to wage a violent campaign of terrorism against the deeply unequal society. To combat this escalating domestic threat, law enforcement established a specialized police unit dedicated solely to neutralizing the terrorists. Recognizing the need for highly trained operatives capable of handling the unique dangers posed by both the insurgents and the anomalous dust, authorities founded an elite academy designed to prepare the next generation of recruits for this critical special forces division.
