Nini to Nene no Dai Dasshutsu

Twin kittens Nini and Nene share an inseparable bond and a passion for exploration, traveling the skies together aboard their trusty balloon ship. Their latest outing begins as just another joyful voyage, with the pair happily navigating the open air as they have done so many times before. However, their carefree adventure is abruptly interrupted when a violent thunderstorm materializes without warning. A sudden lightning strike hits their balloon, sending the vessel plummeting from the sky in a terrifying crash. Miraculously surviving the descent, the twin kittens find themselves stranded on the surface of a massive cloud. Desperate for assistance, they make their way toward a nearby house standing upon this surreal landscape. Once inside, they encounter a mysterious girl whose presence introduces an entirely new element to their unexpected predicament. Far from home and faced with unforeseen challenges, Nini and Nene must now navigate this strange environment if they ever hope to escape and resume their journey.
