Rising in the Fire

Recognized as China’s first fire-themed animated series, Rising in the Fire follows Han Yan, the dedicated head of Feiliu Fire Station. Alongside a passionate group of young recruits—including Jiang Mingsheng, Ning Wei, and Fan Haoyuan—Han Yan leads his team on the perilous front lines of emergency response. Together, they pour their youth and energy into protecting lives, confronting relentless blazes and life-threatening rescue operations that test their courage at every turn. Beyond the intense, high-stakes firefighting sequences, the series offers a deeply human look at the firefighters themselves. In moments of crisis, the brigade displays unwavering bravery, yet during their downtime, they reveal an unexpectedly endearing and lighthearted side. This compelling contrast brings warmth and depth to their camaraderie, showcasing a unique brand of passionate youth. Woven throughout their journey are gripping suspense-driven cases and authentic, hard-hitting firefighting knowledge, delivering a story that is as educational as it is thrilling.
