Oogiri

"Oogiri" is a unique anthology manga consisting of nine distinct one-shot stories, all born from the creative collaboration between acclaimed author Nisio Isin and nine different manga artists. Each chapter pairs Isin's signature narrative style with the distinct artistic vision of a different illustrator, resulting in a diverse collection that spans multiple genres, themes, and demographics. The anthology features a wide array of tales, ranging from the mysterious "Girl in a Box" and the sci-fi thriller "RKD-EK9," to thought-provoking narratives like "How Far Can You Kill?" and "The Only Wish I Want Granted by All Means is Comparable to 99 Wishes." Other entries explore romance in "Love at the Tool Shop," sports comedy in "Teach Me the Offside," and school life in "We Don't Learn Sloppily" and "Friendless Alliance." With contributions from renowned artists including Takeshi Obata, Mizuki Kawashita, Hikaru Nakamura, Akira Akatsuki, Akihisa Ikeda, Teppei Fukushima, Aiji Yamakawa, Atsushi Nakayama, and Renjuurou Kindaichi, the collection serves as an experimental showcase of storytelling versatility and artistic synergy.
