Wakeari Kiss

Yamabuki-kun is the quintessential flashy playboy, a young man whose vibrant and carefree lifestyle stands in stark contrast to the quiet demeanor of Mosako. The two exist in entirely different worlds, sharing no common ground in personality or daily habits. However, an inexplicable and miraculous event shatters Yamabuki's ordinary reality when he suddenly sprouts a pair of physical animal ears on his head. This bizarre transformation leaves him completely bewildered and desperate for a solution, forcing him to seek out the one person who might be able to assist him. To his surprise, Mosako turns out to be the only individual capable of resolving his unusual predicament. Yet, the method required to help him is far from conventional. Rather than relying on medicine or logic, the cure demands something deeply intimate: she must kiss him to reverse the sudden change. For two people so fundamentally different from one another, this unexpected requirement thrusts them into a highly awkward and complicated situation, challenging everything they thought they knew about each other as they navigate this strange dilemma together.
