Following the triumph of their inaugural concert, Mano Sakuragi and her fellow idols at 283 Production face a fresh wave of challenges. After the agency’s newest unit, Straylight, completes its debut performance, the producer temporarily reshuffles the members into mixed groups for an upcoming Halloween event. This initiative is designed to push each idol toward personal growth, but the sudden changes quickly expose deep-seated insecurities among the cast. Mano finds herself struggling to articulate her creative vision within the unfamiliar lineup, while her teammate Hiori Kazano feels increasingly overshadowed by the raw talent surrounding her. Meanwhile, Fuyuko Mayuzumi grapples with the bitter disappointment of failing to secure the center position in Straylight. Unable to reveal her authentic self to her temporary group, her emotional withdrawal threatens to derail the entire Halloween project. To prevent the event from falling apart, the dedicated producer of Shiny Colors must find a way to help Fuyuko break out of her shell. Only by guiding these young women through their doubts can he ensure that the idols of 283 Production continue to shine brightly and captivate the world once more.
