As June draws to a close and summer settles in, Tomohiro Izumi—a self-proclaimed introvert widely recognized by his peers for his quiet nature—expects nothing more than another peaceful day hidden away in the corner of his classroom. However, his ordinary life is abruptly upended when the academy holds an impromptu student council president lottery. Blessed with absurdly improbable luck, Tomohiro is randomly chosen as the new leader, instantly thrusting him into the spotlight and sparking rumors throughout the school. With no way to escape his unexpected role, Tomohiro turns to his advisor for help in assembling a reliable team. Yet every candidate suggested—from his classmate Kano and underclassman Asumi to his own younger sister, Hiyori—refuses to even set foot on campus. To further complicate matters, Shio, a former president notorious for being completely unreachable, suddenly makes an appearance amidst the chaos. Whether driven by fate or sheer inevitability, the unprecedented trials of the newly minted "Random Lottery Student Council President" are only just beginning.
