The Colors Within

Totsuko is a high school student who possesses an extraordinary gift: she can perceive the emotional essence of those around her as vivid colors. She witnesses hues representing bliss, excitement, and serenity, along with one specific shade she holds dear above all others. Among her peers, a classmate named Kimi radiates the most breathtaking color Totsuko has ever seen. Deeply moved by this connection, Totsuko decides to form a band alongside Kimi, despite having no musical training or ability to play an instrument themselves. Their trio is completed when they encounter Rui, a reserved yet passionate music lover, during a chance meeting at a secondhand bookstore tucked away in a distant corner of the city. Seeking a place to rehearse, the three friends travel to an old church situated on a remote island. Within these quiet walls, their shared dedication to music begins to forge deep bonds of friendship and awaken tender feelings among them. As they continue to practice and grow closer through their melodies, the young musicians face a poignant question: will creating music together ultimately help each of them uncover their own true colors?
