Arknights - The Daggers' Inheritors

Following the assassination of Theresa and the catastrophic fall of the Tower of Babel, the nameless soldiers who carried out the core operation were swiftly eliminated. Yet for W, their deaths brought no closure. Her fury remained unquenched, driving her to pursue the next targets on her relentless list of vengeance: a team of Sarkaz mercenaries who had provided crucial support from the periphery of the assassination. Now fleeing toward the border while escorting an unknown and mysterious cargo, these mercenaries find themselves hunted by a woman consumed by grief and rage. This pursuit forms the heart of a memory W has never spoken of to anyone. It is a story born from the brutal reality of the Sarkaz people, who have endured generations of endless warfare. In this unforgiving world, survival demands terrible sacrifices, and the oppressed inevitably rise up to claim the weapons of their oppressors. As W closes in on her prey, she embodies a tragic truth that defines her people: the victim will always pick up the dagger of the victimizer, ensuring that the merciless cycle of destiny continues without end.
