Tengoku Daimakyo

By the year 2024, civilization as it was once known has completely crumbled. The remnants of Japan now lie in ruins, serving as a desolate wasteland where grotesque monsters roam freely among the debris. Those who managed to survive the collapse are left to scavenge whatever they can find, enduring a harsh and unforgiving existence just to make it through another day. Amidst this bleak landscape, a young woman named Kiruko works as an odd-job laborer in the devastated district of Nakano. Her difficult but routine life is abruptly upended when she encounters a mysterious woman on the verge of death. With her final breath, the stranger entrusts Kiruko with a desperate dying wish: she must escort a boy named Maru to a place known only as Heaven. Accepting this solemn responsibility, Kiruko sets out on a perilous journey alongside Maru. Together, they must navigate a broken world teeming with terrifying creatures and desperate survivors, driven by the faint hope that their destination truly exists somewhere beyond the wreckage.
