BUILD-DIVIDE -#FFFFFF- CODE WHITE

Neo Kyoto has been reduced to a desolate wasteland, bearing no resemblance to its former glory. The city's inhabitants are systematically hunted by the KUGE, enforcers loyal to the current King, who imprison citizens inside devices known as Barrels to siphon their magical energy and sustain his rule. Amid this oppressive regime, a fugitive emerges with the KUGE in relentless pursuit: Kurabe Kikka, the former King of Neo Kyoto. Despite her historical reputation as the most powerful ruler the city has ever known, Kikka is entirely defenseless without a Build-Divide deck. Stripped of her strength, she is forced into an endless cycle of evasion, burdened by deep regret and pushed to the very edge of despair. Just as hope seems lost, an unexpected ally reaches out to save her. In the shattered remains of the city, two girls join hands, forging a partnership born from desperation. Together, they prepare to launch a new battle—one driven by a shared determination to reach the person they both hold dear.
