Tamaki Tsuru arrives from Nagasaki with a single, earnest hope: to finally experience a love that sparkles. Throughout high school, her world revolved entirely around volleyball, leaving little room for romance or self-discovery. Now stepping into university life, she searches for an extracurricular club where her new chapter might begin. However, her fresh start quickly goes awry during the aviation club’s tryouts when she accidentally damages one of their gliders. To pay off the costly dent, Tamaki is forced to work for the club, leaving her initially disillusioned with her college experience and far removed from the romantic dreams she had envisioned. Her perspective begins to shift thanks to Kuramochi, the club’s leader and an experienced glider pilot who decides to take the reluctant newcomer under his wing. Rather than treating her as mere unpaid labor, he invites her aboard for a flight. The moment the glider lifts into the air, everything changes for Tamaki. Surrounded by the vast, breathtaking beauty of the open sky, she finds herself completely captivated. What began as an unfortunate accident and a burdensome debt transforms into a profound awakening, introducing her to a world far more expansive and thrilling than she ever imagined.
