World's End Harem

Set in Tokyo, Japan, in the year 2040, a young man named Reito faces a devastating medical diagnosis. Afflicted with an intractable disease that defies conventional treatment, he makes a desperate choice to preserve his life and his future. Driven by a heartfelt vow to one day reunite with his beloved childhood friend Erisa, Reito elects to enter cryogenic sleep, trusting that medical science will eventually find a cure while his body remains safely preserved in stasis. When Reito finally awakens five years later, he discovers that the world he once knew has been irrevocably shattered. During his prolonged slumber, a catastrophic pathogen known as the MK virus swept across the globe, systematically targeting the male population and claiming the lives of ninety-nine point nine percent of all men on Earth. The society that greets him is unrecognizable, forever altered by this unprecedented biological disaster. With the male population nearly eradicated, humanity has undergone a radical transformation. The surviving five men now find themselves at the center of a vastly changed civilization, surrounded by approximately five billion women. Thrust into this staggering new reality, Reito must navigate a world where the balance of power, survival, and human connection has been entirely rewritten, all while holding onto his singular promise to find Erisa once more.
