Saiyuki RELOAD: ZEROIN

Centuries ago, the fearsome demon Gyumaoh was vanquished by the war deity Nataku Taishi and sealed within the walls of Houtou Castle. His defeat ushered in a long era of tranquility across the realm of Togenkyo. However, that hard-won peace has now shattered. A sinister faction determined to revive the ancient monster has unleashed a devastating curse upon the world, threatening to plunge civilization into ruin. The dark energy radiating from the attempted resurrection has corrupted the land, driving the local youkai into a violent frenzy. As these maddened creatures turn on humanity with murderous intent, the very survival of mankind hangs in the balance. Recognizing the catastrophic danger, the divine figure Kanzeon Bosatsu intervenes, dispatching a specialized team to halt the impending disaster. Tasked with this monumental mission, Son Goku, Genjou Sanzou, Sha Gojyo, and Cho Hakkai must journey westward toward the source of the corruption. Together, they face treacherous landscapes and hordes of enraged demons as they fight to stop Gyumaoh's return before the world is consumed by darkness.
