Seiichi Kurusu is the striking eldest son destined to inherit a major corporation. His life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with Nao Seto, a self-conscious dentist, not once but twice by sheer coincidence. Intrigued by these repeated encounters, Seiichi begins to wonder if fate is guiding them together. However, the situation grows complicated when Nao confesses that Seiichi bears a painful resemblance to someone he has loved unrequitedly for years. Rather than walking away, Seiichi offers Nao an unconventional arrangement. He proposes that they date for as long as his dental treatments last, turning their professional appointments into a temporary romance. Bound by this agreement, the two men step into a fragile relationship built on unusual terms and lingering emotional baggage. Yet their connection is shadowed by significant obstacles. Nao carries the weight of a tragic romantic history, while Seiichi faces the heavy expectations tied to his position as a corporate heir. With a strict expiration date looming over their time together, both men must navigate their growing attachment. As the countdown continues, they are left to question whether a relationship born from such complicated circumstances can ever lead to something truly meaningful.
