Date A Live: Tooka Dead End

April 10th marks the end of spring vacation and the return to school for Itsuka Shidou. Awakened by his younger sister, he expects nothing more than an ordinary morning. However, that illusion shatters alongside the city itself when a devastating shockwave obliterates the surrounding townscape. Amidst the ruins of what was once a bustling street, now reduced to a massive crater, Shidou encounters a mysterious girl who calls herself a spirit. Her first words are chillingly direct: she asks if he, too, has come to kill her. This enigmatic being is considered a catastrophic threat to humanity—an entity of unknown origin rejected by the entire world. Faced with this unprecedented disaster, only two methods exist to stop her: total annihilation or negotiation. It is then that Shidou’s sister, Kotori, appears clad in a military uniform and presents him with an unthinkable directive. Rather than fighting, she orders him to take the spirit on a date and make her fall deeply in love with him. Shocked and overwhelmed, Shidou is thrust into an extraordinary mission where romance becomes the ultimate weapon, ushering in a bold new era of boy meets girl.
