The Honor at Magic High School

Nearly a century has passed since magic was officially recognized as a legitimate form of technology, fundamentally reshaping the modern world. Within this transformed society, Miyuki Shiba begins her studies at a prestigious Magic High School. Enrolled as an elite "honor" student, she arrives with a simple but heartfelt ambition: to share a peaceful and enjoyable school life alongside her older brother, Tatsuya. However, Tatsuya is classified as an "irregular" student, a designation that immediately complicates their shared experience and sets them apart within the institution's rigid hierarchy. The academy operates under a deeply divided system that separates its attendees based on magical aptitude. Gifted students are placed into Course 1, while those deemed inferior are relegated to Course 2. This stark division fosters tension and prejudice throughout the campus, threatening to create an insurmountable rift between Miyuki and Tatsuya. As the social barriers of the school challenge their bond, Miyuki must navigate these institutional prejudices. For the first time, she steps out from the background to take center stage, confronting the systemic divides that stand in the way of the ordinary life she envisioned for herself and her brother.
