EX-ARM

In 2014, Akira Natsume is a high school student with a deep aversion to machines. Determined to overcome his fears and improve himself, he resolves to take the first meaningful step toward personal change. However, his ambitions are abruptly cut short when he is fatally struck by a truck, leaving his future uncertain. Sixteen years later, in 2030, police officer Minami Uezono and her android partner, Alma, undertake a dangerous covert operation at Tokyo Harbor. Their mission is to infiltrate an illicit arms deal centered around a mysterious and powerful weapon known as EX-ARM. During the raid, the situation deteriorates rapidly when they are ambushed by a hostile adversary wielding a devastating piece of technology designated EX-ARM No. 08. Caught in a desperate fight for survival against overwhelming firepower, Minami and Alma are left with no conventional options. In a final bid to save their lives, they choose to activate EX-ARM No. 00—a prototype unit they managed to secure from the enemy during the chaos. As they trigger the device, the outcome of their perilous confrontation hangs in the balance.
