Sandu

After hunters track down and kill a mountain tiger, her wounded cub is left alone in the wilderness. Desperate for survival, the young tiger named Sandu assumes a human form and ventures out of the forest, seeking help from Euiseo, a physician residing in a nearby village. Recognizing the severity of the boy's injuries, the doctor takes him in without hesitation and begins treating his wounds. As Sandu recovers under Euiseo’s careful attention, an unexpected bond forms between them. The young tiger grows deeply attached to the physician, refusing to leave his side and clinging to the warmth and safety he has found. What began as a simple act of medical care slowly transforms into something far more complicated, blurring the lines between patient and companion. Now, Euiseo faces a difficult dilemma. Once Sandu’s injuries are fully healed, the physician must decide whether to send the boy back into the wild where he belongs or allow him to remain. Yet beneath this choice lies a deeper question: has the young tiger simply found a caretaker, or has he discovered his true mate?
