The depths of us

In The Depths of Us, a harrowing journey unfolds when two siblings find themselves abruptly separated on a foreboding mountain. The treacherous terrain is far from ordinary, as it teems with an unsettling swarm of eerie insects that transform the landscape into a place of constant dread. Amid this hostile environment, the protagonist loses track of their older brother, leaving them isolated and vulnerable against the creeping horrors of the wilderness. Guided by a deeply ingrained belief that family must remain united regardless of the circumstances, the protagonist refuses to accept defeat or abandonment. Driven by an unwavering sense of duty and love, they make the perilous decision to venture further into the unknown rather than retreat to safety. The search forces them to climb deep into the dark, uncharted recesses of the mountain itself. Every step downward takes them further from the surface and deeper into an oppressive environment crawling with unnatural life. What begins as a desperate rescue mission evolves into a grueling test of endurance and resolve, as the protagonist navigates the suffocating depths to reunite with their brother before the mountain claims them both.
