Sirotsumekusa

Ao Sirotsubaki leads a peaceful, unassuming life as the owner of a flower shop called Hanagumi. For years, she has maintained a quiet routine, far removed from the turbulence of her past. However, this tranquility is abruptly shattered when her twin sister, Beni Sirotsubaki, reaches out to her for the first time in six long years. The unexpected contact forces Ao to confront the buried history between them and the unresolved events that drove them apart. As the estranged twins reunite, their conversation inevitably turns toward the painful incident that fractured their relationship six years ago. The emotional weight of their shared past begins to resurface, intertwining their feelings and setting their lives on a dramatically new course. What unfolds is an intense exploration of sisterhood, hidden truths, and the fragile nature of trust as the siblings navigate the complexities of their bond. Sirotsumekusa is a gripping suspense film structured around a single, continuous situation that steadily builds tension through its deeply personal conflict. Distinguished by its groundbreaking production approach, it stands as the world's first feature film performed entirely by a cast of VTubers, offering a unique and immersive cinematic experience.
