Rick and Morty vs. Genocider

In the special presentation "Rick and Morty vs. Genocider," Morty embarks on an unexpected journey far beyond his usual surroundings, traveling all the way to Tokyo, Japan. His mission is urgent and daunting: he must find a way to help stop a dangerous threat known as The Genocider. Despite the high stakes of confronting such a formidable adversary in a sprawling foreign metropolis, the adventure unfolds without any truly bizarre or inexplicable events disrupting his path. Morty remains focused on the task at hand, navigating the streets of Tokyo with a clear objective to neutralize the looming danger before it can escalate further. This unique crossover event was brought to life under the skilled direction of Takashi Sano, widely recognized for his directorial work on "Tower of God." The production itself was handled by Sola Entertainment, ensuring a seamless blend of creative vision and execution. To achieve its distinct visual style, the animation was crafted at Telecom Animation Film, lending the special a polished and dynamic aesthetic that perfectly complements Morty’s international quest to bring down The Genocider.
