GIBIATE

In the year 2030, a devastating virus known as Gibia has swept across the globe, plunging Japan into ruin. The pathogen earns its name from the astonishing variety of its mutations, transforming infected humans into grotesque monsters whose forms differ drastically depending on their age, sex, and race. Amid this blighted wasteland, an unlikely pair of warriors emerges: a samurai and a ninja who have mysteriously traveled forward in time from the early Edo period. Thrust into a hostile future they barely comprehend, these two historical fighters join forces with a dedicated doctor searching desperately for a cure to the Gibia plague. Together, they embark on a perilous journey through the shattered remnants of Japan. Their path is fraught with constant danger, as they must fend off ceaseless assaults from the mutated Gibia creatures while also surviving encounters with ruthless outlaws who prey upon travelers for food. Surrounded by enemies on all sides, this desperate alliance must navigate a treacherous landscape where humanity itself has become the greatest threat.
