Kaiman has no memory of his life before a sorcerer altered his body, leaving him with the head of a reptile and an overwhelming need to uncover his true identity. Driven by this singular purpose, he roams the grim urban landscape known as The Hole alongside his steadfast companion, Nikaido. Together, they relentlessly hunt down magic users in a desperate bid to reverse his condition and piece together the fragments of his forgotten past. His method of investigation is as brutal as it is bizarre. Whenever Kaiman corners a suspected sorcerer, he forces their head into his jaws, subjecting them to a harrowing encounter within his own mind. Inside, each victim comes face to face with a mysterious second figure lurking behind Kaiman’s eyes. After releasing his dazed prey, Kaiman always poses the same urgent question: "What did the guy inside my head say?" Through this violent and unorthodox interrogation, he hopes that one of these terrified magic users will finally provide the answer that leads him back to himself.
