Smile Down the Runway

Chiyuki Fujito harbors an ambitious dream: to walk the runway at the prestigious Paris Collection. However, she faces a significant obstacle that those around her constantly point out—she is simply too short to meet the industry's strict modeling standards. Despite the relentless discouragement from everyone in her life, Chiyuki refuses to abandon her aspirations and continues to pursue them with unwavering determination. Her classmate, Ikuto Tsumura, carries his own ambition. Coming from a financially struggling background, he dreams of becoming a professional fashion designer. Their paths intersect when Chiyuki inadvertently tells him that achieving his goal is likely impossible. Her words strike deeply, pushing Ikuto to the brink of giving up on the very passion that drives him. Together, their journeys intertwine into a compelling narrative about resilience. Both Chiyuki and Ikuto must confront harsh realities and external skepticism as they fight to turn their seemingly unattainable goals into reality. It is a story dedicated to two individuals who refuse to let negativity extinguish their wholehearted pursuit of their dreams.
