Turtle's Stroll

Kamesuke is a pet turtle who has long observed the world from the quiet confines of his home. One day, driven by a sudden sense of independence, he makes the bold decision to venture out on his own. Leaving behind the familiar surroundings he has always known, he sets off on a solitary stroll through an environment far larger and more unpredictable than anything he has previously experienced. The journey represents a rare opportunity for freedom, offering him the chance to explore at his own pace without guidance or restriction. On the surface, this excursion unfolds exactly as Kamesuke had envisioned. He navigates his path successfully, experiencing the sights and sensations of the outside world just as he had hoped. Yet, despite achieving the very adventure he set out to find, a lingering sense of dissatisfaction begins to take hold. As he continues his walk, he realizes that the fulfillment he expected remains just out of reach. Surrounded by the open world he so deeply desired to see, Kamesuke is left with the quiet, unsettling realization that something essential is missing from his journey, transforming what should have been a triumphant escape into a profound moment of introspection.
