Mototsu Yagami is a college student burdened with an ability he never asked for: he can see ghosts. Far from embracing this supernatural gift, he simply wants to live a quiet, ordinary life free from spectral disturbances. However, his hopes for a normal university experience are quickly derailed when he crosses paths with Koyomi Nada, a girl who was his junior during their high school days. Harboring deep but unrequited feelings for Koyomi, Mototsu finds himself unable to stay away from her. In an attempt to remain close to the object of his affection, he decides to follow her into the campus occult research society. He soon discovers that the club is far from ordinary, populated entirely by eccentric members who have dedicated their university lives to exploring the bizarre and the supernatural. Thrust into a world where his unwanted ability becomes an unavoidable reality, Mototsu must navigate the strange antics of his new clubmates while dealing with the very spirits he desperately wishes to ignore. What begins as a simple pursuit of love quickly transforms into a chaotic journey through the paranormal undercurrents of his college campus.
