Based on the original CG collection by Sakusei Kenkyuujo, this story follows a young man named Yamada who suffers from a bizarre medical condition requiring him to ejaculate once every three hours. To make matters worse, he has been hospitalized with two broken hands, leaving him entirely dependent on the hospital staff for his unique treatment needs. However, the facility is built upon a location where malevolent spirits of the mountains and rivers have gathered, possessing the nurses and turning his stay into a perilous ordeal. Originally an infamous work from the Heisei era that shocked the internet under the title "Sperm Ward," this manga adaptation has been completely remade for serialization in Yanmaga. The all-ages version pushes the boundaries of what can be depicted in a mainstream magazine while retaining the chaotic premise of the original. With possessed nurses and his own life-threatening condition, Yamada must find a way to survive his hospitalization and escape the ward alive.
