Bootsleg

When Zen was just seven years old, his life was shattered by an encounter with a terrifying and enigmatic entity known only as Shake Hand. This mysterious figure, distinguished by its gloved appearance, consumed Zen’s parents, his sister, and even his left leg in a single devastating event. Over the following seven years, such nightmarish occurrences have grown increasingly frequent, leaving countless others bereft of their loved ones or limbs. Despite the escalating horror around him, Zen remains entirely powerless to intervene or seek justice for what was taken from him. That helplessness comes to an abrupt end on one fateful night when Zen’s eyes are finally opened to the hidden truth of his world. He finds himself standing face to face once more with the murderous Shake Hand, the very entity that destroyed his childhood. However, this reunion also introduces him to Bootsleg, a secretive artisan syndicate fiercely dedicated to hunting down and stopping the gloved menace. Thrust into their dangerous crusade, Zen is no longer a helpless victim but stands at the threshold of a desperate battle against the darkness that ruined his life.
