Hashi no Shita no Batman

Raichi is a young boy whose daily reality is defined by hardship and survival. Alongside his father, Raizou, he makes his home beneath the shelter of a bridge, far removed from the comforts of a conventional life. Their living conditions are stark, shaped entirely by the deep poverty that shadows their every waking moment. Despite the heavy burden of their circumstances, the bond between father and son remains the anchor of their existence in this unforgiving environment. Driven by the necessity to support his family and ease their financial struggles, Raichi shoulders responsibilities far beyond his years. Every single morning, long before the rest of the world stirs, he rises to work as a newspaper delivery boy. This grueling part-time job demands unwavering dedication and physical endurance, forcing him to navigate the quiet, pre-dawn streets while others sleep. Through his relentless early-morning routes, Raichi demonstrates a quiet resilience, determined to do whatever it takes to survive alongside his father in a world that offers them very little.
