First Call: Doutei Gekai, Toshishita Yazuka no Yome ni Saresoudesu!

Sota Takara is a thirty-two-year-old virgin who has dedicated his life to medicine, earning a reputation as the young ace plastic surgeon at his university hospital. His quiet, disciplined routine is shattered one night when emergency responders rush in a severely injured traffic accident victim. The patient is no ordinary man; covered head to toe in intricate tattoos and bearing distinctive piercings, he is revealed to be Seiichiro Ibu, the fearsome yakuza boss who commands the entire Kanto region. Ibu survives the harrowing ordeal, but his recovery takes an entirely unexpected turn when he falls hopelessly in love with Sota at first sight. Refusing to let his feelings go unspoken, the powerful gang leader begins relentlessly pursuing the bewildered doctor through the hospital corridors in his wheelchair. The romantic siege escalates into sheer spectacle when Ibu formally proposes with a grand bouquet of roses, accompanied by live violinists playing right there in the medical facility. Now, the reserved surgeon faces a dilemma far removed from the operating table: will he truly end up marrying a younger, dangerously devoted crime lord?
