Youkoso Arisawa-ke e

Seijirou is an ordinary forty-year-old salaryman whose career abruptly ends when he resigns to take the fall for a mistake made by his subordinate. Seeking a fresh start, he attends what he believes is a standard job interview, only to find himself face-to-face with an unexpected employer: Taishi, a twelve-year-old boy who serves as the young head of the prestigious Arisawa family. Instead of being offered a conventional position, Seijirou is bound and taken captive, thrust into involuntary servitude under the authority of this powerful household. Stripped of his freedom, Seijirou is forced to navigate the daily chaos of working for the Arisawa family while enduring the constant demands of his insufferable young master. Taishi routinely shoves him around, treating the older man with little regard, yet this turbulent dynamic gradually reveals something far more complex beneath the surface. As Seijirou endures the relentless friction of his new life, he begins to recognize the hidden burdens carried by the boy. Through their difficult relationship, he comes to understand the profound struggles of a child who was never permitted to experience a normal childhood, forced instead to shoulder the immense weight of leading an entire family.
