Uso to Kiss wa Houkago ni

When Rin was just a child, her life was shattered after her mother abandoned the family to run away with another man. Left without a home or parental care, she was taken in by her childhood friend Momoka and Momoka’s family, who provided her with the warmth and support she desperately needed. For years, they lived together as if bound by blood, offering Rin a fragile sense of stability after her devastating loss. However, as time passed, Momoka began mirroring the very behavior that had once destroyed Rin’s world. Driven by an intense obsession with romance, Momoka started dating one man after another, chasing affection in the same reckless manner as the mother who left Rin behind. Unable to stay silent, Rin finally confronted her about this destructive pattern. Instead of denying it, Momoka made a startling confession: she admitted that she could never feel truly satisfied unless she was deeply loved, before proposing that Rin take her boyfriends' place and fulfill that need for her instead. What follows is a compelling girls' love story born from a desperate lie and a single kiss after school.
