4-punkan no Marigold

Mikoto works as a paramedic, but he carries a heavy and extraordinary burden: whenever he holds someone’s hand, he is granted a vision of their final moments. This supernatural ability allows him to foresee the exact circumstances of a person's death, yet it offers no power to change their fate. For Mikoto, this gift becomes a profound curse when he inadvertently glimpses the future of his stepsister, Sara. Sara is not merely family to Mikoto; she is also the woman he deeply loves in a romantic sense. Through his uncontrollable visions, he discovers that her life will come to an end in exactly one year. Stripped of any means to alter what he has seen, Mikoto is forced into a state of agonizing helplessness. He can do nothing but watch over her, cherishing their remaining time together while silently counting down the days until he loses the person most precious to him. As the year slowly slips away, he must navigate the quiet tragedy of loving someone whose expiration date he already knows.
