Lex Talionis

When an unidentified murderer takes the life of her only younger sister, Hayeon is left drowning in grief. The police investigation yields nothing, forcing her to pursue the killer alone. Her desperate search soon leads her into mortal danger, but she is unexpectedly rescued by Yuseong, a mysterious man distinguished by his striking blue heterochromia. Rather than offering comfort, he coldly warns her to abandon her quest for vengeance, acting as though he already knows exactly who committed the crime. Furious yet unwilling to surrender her last thread of hope, Hayeon follows him back to his private quarters. There, she discovers a harrowing sight: Yuseong’s body is covered in countless horrific scars. Realizing this enigmatic man may be her only path to justice, she backs herself into a corner and delivers a reckless ultimatum. She stakes her own life on his guilt and desperation, threatening to end it all before his eyes if he refuses to help her uncover the dark secrets he so fiercely guards.
