Atashi Mary-san. Ima Isekai ni Iruno...

Hirokazu Naibara leaves his hometown in Miyagi for Saitama, eager to begin his university life in Tokyo. However, shortly after settling into his new routine, his quiet days are shattered by a series of unsettling phone calls from an unlisted number. On the other end of the line, a young girl’s voice whispers a chilling message: she identifies herself as Mary-san, the discarded doll he once threw away at the garbage dump. Assuming it is nothing more than a tasteless prank, Hirokazu hangs up and tries to move on with his day. Unfortunately, the calls refuse to stop, and each ring brings a more alarming revelation. The mysterious caller is not merely harassing him; she is steadily closing the distance between them. When Hirokazu answers the phone again the following day, the voice informs him that she is now standing directly outside his room. Yet, instead of the expected horror, a bizarre twist emerges. It appears that Mary-san, the subject of a notorious urban legend, has somehow been transported to another world entirely. Now stranded in an unfamiliar realm, she is reaching out through the phone lines not to haunt him, but to desperately ask for his help.
